How to get here?
There are many starting points, basically one or two in each village. The route is well signed so you shouldn’t have problems finding the trail. You can obviously drive your private vehicle which gives you more flexibility but it also means you will have to find a parking and that is not always and easy task. It also means you risk to get stuck in traffic. If you want to make the most of your trip I advise you to take a boat. How long does it take to walk the whole trail?
The entire trail is around 11 km long so it is 3-4 hours walk but it’s really up to you. You can easily spend the whole day enjoying the beauty of the nature, tasting delicious food in the charming villages and admiring the old architecture.
What shall I bring?
It’s not a demanding trail. It is mostly flat so there is no need of a special physical preparation. It is suitable for the whole family although in some parts you can have a difficulty if your kids are not independent walkers and you need a stroller.
